3＂45° Highlift Foot Valve installed to the bottom of tank container. We can open with foot and it can be closed quickly. Valve designed with shear groove， it breaks to protect the first sealing when accident hitting happens. Packed with
urgent pull ASSY. The outlet sizes narrowed to reduce weight.
