Relief Valve Test Rig

The testing range of the rig is -10 PSI to 100 PSI (-0.7 Bar to 6.9Bar).

Supply connection to the test rig is via a 1/4" BSP female socket on the back of the rig.

Relief valve test rig, It is used for regular maintenance and repair of safety valves.You can use the safety valve test bench to test the positive and negative pressure of the safety valve.

The safety valve test bench is composed of a control switch ①, a pressure regulator switch ②, a control switch ③, a mechanical pressure gauge ④, a regulator valve ⑤, a digital pressure gauge ⑥, a valve connector ⑦, and a valve test adapter ⑧ (as shown below).

Instructions for use:

Positive pressure measuring type:

1.Install the valve to be tested or serviced on the valve connector ⑦ (install the valve test adapter ⑧ when testing or servicing flanged safety valves);

2.The control switch ① points to the PRESSURE side, and the control switch ③ points to the HOLD side;

3.Adjust the intake pressure through the pressure regulator switch ②, by observing the mechanical pressure gauge ④ to reach the test pressure, close the regulator ③, by observing the digital pressure gauge ⑥, you can test whether the valve leakage.

Negative pressure measuring type:

1.The control switch ① points to the VACUUM side and closes the regulating valve ⑤;

2.When vacuuming, by observing the digital display PRESSURE gauge ⑥ to reach the test pressure value, the control switch ① to the pressure side, observe the digital display pressure gauge ⑥, you can test whether the valve leakage.
